What is Insights?
An AI-written report on your store, with charts, commentary and a 30-day action plan. You'll find it next to the dashboard (clicks, orders and revenue from recommendations; conversations, outcomes and chat satisfaction; queues and operator times) and “Ask your store”: questions about orders, customers, products and revenue, with answers as text, table or chart and reports you can rerun in one click.
How often do reports arrive?
The weekly and monthly reports run automatically and are included in your plan; you schedule them from the panel and an email lets you know when they're ready.
Can I ask for a report on a different period?
Yes: from 1 to 366 days, for 200 credits. Reopening a report you've already generated costs nothing.
How can I trust the advice?
Every action in the plan is checked against your store's data and says what it was checked on. If the data isn't enough, the report isn't generated and you don't pay.
Can I download the report?
Yes, as a PDF; the chart data can also be downloaded as CSV.
