What counts as a conversation?

  1. One chat, one conversationWhat counts is the chat with a customer, not every message they exchange.
  2. Recommendations aren't countedThe products recommended in your theme are part of the plan: you don't pay per view or per click.

What if I run out of conversations?

  1. They renew every monthYour plan's conversations start over at each renewal.
  2. Add packs of 10You pay for them with credits; they don't expire and add to the ones in your plan.
  3. Automatic top-upIf you turn it on, when only a few are left Neurocart buys a pack on its own, with credits or your saved card: chat never stops.
  4. At zero? No surprisesIf they ran out completely, new chats wouldn't start: the customer sees a notice inviting them to contact your store. Chats already open carry on.

What are credits?

The subscription and top-ups are paid by card, through Stripe, from the Neurocart panel. Automatic top-up uses the card you save.

How do I get access?

Neurocart is invite-only: you leave your email and we write to you.
